tips n trik CNT fail

trik extracting content pack failed pada 1200,1209&1650




seperti yg kita tau klo CNT (content packs) tidak masuk saat proses flashing
hp akan menjadi matot ato contact servis.
mungkin dengan sedikit trik ini hp akan dapat membantu teman2 tanpa harus bermain hardware.
trik ini sudah saya test pada beberapa hp dengan kasus yg sama dan hasilnya sukses,
tapi dengan syarat kita harus mempunyai mxkey+UFS hwk.

- lakukan proses flashing seperti biasa menggunakan mxkey
- saat proses extrcting cnt failed proses flashing akan berhenti dan muncul tab dengan pilihan ok/cancel
- jangan pilih cancel,cabut kabel flash dari hp dan tempelin pin baterai (pin flash jangan nempel)
- tekan power on sampai muncul "test mode" pada layar hp
- klik "ok' pada tab pilihan
- extracting CNT masuk deh.........

kalaupun terlanjur full erase masih bia dengan cara di atas,cuma pada saat write PM lebih mudah menggunakan UFS+HWK
caranya :
- setelah flashing dengan mxkey (cara di atas)
- pilih check pada hwk suite
- lalu klik info....nah kalo info ga muncul pake trik "test mode" seperti diatas
- kalo info dah muncul baru write PM....(kalo gagal ulangi dari klik info ya)
- nah kalo sukses PM pasti masuk....

sekarang tinggal repair simlock
untuk cara ini lebih baik gunakan mxkey karena lebih mudah
- boleh pake bus check pada mxkey boleh juga tidak
- klo sudah yakin hp konek masuk langsung aja masuk pada simlock info
- info simlock ga akan langsung keluar,jadi pake lagi "trik test mode"
- kalo info simlock dah muncul baru pilih update simlock
- tunggu proses patching berjalan....saat proses patching selasai buru2 cabut kabel dan gunain "trik test mode"
- maksudnya biar simlock bisa di repair pada kondisi hp test mode
- klo sukses simlock akan terbuka semua

nb:trik ini agak susah karena harus cabut pasang kabel flash...jadi berusaha ya jangan menyerah
maaf kalo kurang jelas...ga biasa nulis menulis sih hehehehehhehe ......

5220 conser tanpa RPL


Langkah-langkah repair 5220 conser tanpa menggunakan RPL

1.Cek versi hp dulu

2.Backup full pm dan rpl mengunakan mxkey

3.Erase menggunakan mxkey dengan menggunakan menu get address

4.Flash dengan menggunakan firmware rm-303 v.7,hanya file MCU dan PPM aja

5.Hp harus local mode dengan imei 123456….dan jika tidak local mode gunakan menu reset NPC supaya hp jadi local mode

6.Masukan backup an pm (masukin PM menggunakan ufs hwk 2.09 karena ada sx4 bypass)7.Masukan backup an RPL menggunakan mxkey

8.Lihat status simlocknya menggunakan buschek pada mxkey

9.Status harus valid dan pass semua kecuali superdongle

10.Backup kembali full pm dan RPL nya

11.Flashing kembali menggunakan firmware rm-411 v.4.86, hanya MCU dan PPM aja

12.Lihat status simlocknya pake buschek,keadaan harus masih valid dan pass kecuali superdongle

13.Kalau status berubah invalid pada simlock, masukan backup rpl yang ke 2

14.Buscheck lagi untuk melihat status simlocknya, status simlock harus valid dan pass kecuali superdongle

15.Flashing dengan firmware rm-411 v.6.51 ato firmware aslinya, fullflash

16.Buscheck lagi, status harus valid dan pass semua.

17.Lihat hasilnya, hp normal tidak lagi contact service

18.Bikin nota…..

Catatan..

-Jika gagal proses di ulangi lagi,harus selalu lihat status simlocknya setelah kita melakukan setiap langkah

-Pm tidak usah di edit-Pada intinya kita mensiasati security yang diprotek, dengan flashing firmware/type hp yang tidak terproteksi kemudian kita ambil datanya

-Ini langkah2 yang saya lakukan

-Kreatifitas dan kecerdikan serta kejelian-Mungkin ada langkah2 yang keliru atopun salah…mohon dikoreksi para master…ini hanya salah satu solusi..semoga bermanfaat

Untuk rekan2 yg belum tau, harap hati2 dalam flashing HP nokia type baru.
Security Firmware nokia yg terbaru SimLock2 (SL2) terbaru, sebut aja SL3 ya..
belum dapat di downgrade atau di unlock...Kesalahan flash/unlock dapat menyebabkan kerusakan pada security area, akibatnya Contact Service, IMEI cantik.
Denger2 gak dapat ubah versi karena Firmwarenya juga dilock pada security SL3 ini.

solusi BB5

Ponsel Nokia terbaru yang memiliki dual processor adalah golongan BB5. Ponsel golongan ini memiliki kecanggihan yang tidak dimiliki oleh golongan Nokia sebelumnya (DCT3, DCT4, DCT4WD2). Ponsel Nokia BB5 seperti Nokia 6630, 6680, 6680, 6681, N Series.

maka ada baiknya di buat satu thread stuck untuk 2 masalah ini
sebenarnya banyak yang thread yang mengupas tuntas masalah ini tapi buat mempermudah pencarian gak apa2 dibuat thrad ini

dalam hal ini hanya sekedar garis besarnya aja dan langsung pada sasarannya aja

pada HP dual CPU (RAP + OMAP) APE dan CMT hadir keduanya
tapi pada single CPU (hanya RAP) cuma CMT dan APE absent

IC yang berperan besar pada bagian CMT:
• RAP
• RAM (kalo ada)
• IC NOR Flash


IC yang berperan besar dalam bagian APE :
• OMAP
• IC NAND Flash
• IC Regulator APE (jika ada)



maka
pada error APE yang perlu di periksa:
• tegangan kerja IC APE (NAND Flash) biasa di sebut VDDR APE
• IC NAND Flash (REHOT, REBALL atau sekalian GANTI)
• Hubungan Antara OMAP dan NAND Flash

Pada ERROR CMT yang paling perlu di periksa:
• tegangan kerja RAM dan NOR Flash
• RAM (REHOT, REBALL, GANTI)
• NOR Flash (REHOT, REBALL, GANTI)
• RAP (REHOT, REBALL, GANTI)
dan mungkin akan ditambah oleh master2 BB5 yang lebih lengkap


untuk HP yang dual CPU jika di cek di HWK muncul select product MISSMACTH

ini berarti OMAP belum bekerja (RAPGSM udah bekerja)

paling sering kehilangan tegangan VCOREA yang dihasilkan oleh IC SMPS sebesar 1,4 Volt

solusi udah sering di bahas di forum ini yakni:
• disarankan ganti SMPS
• alternatif = Jumper dari tegangan yang sama (tidak di anjurkan)
atau kadang dari OMAP sendiri yang udah koit


JANGAN sembarangan Jumper tanpa mengetahui letak kerusakannya..

N70 Blank itu terjadi akibat bagian APE (Application Processor Engine) tdk berfungsi dengan semestinya. Bisa terjadi dari IC OMAP yang bermasalah, juga NAND Flash yg bermasalah.
Namun umumnya Masalah bukan dari OMAP dan NAND Flash melainkan akibat OMAP maupun NAND Flash hilang tegangannya..

OMAP mendapatkan tegangan VCoreA 1,4V dari IC SMPS N4200, sedangkan
NAND Flash (APE Flash) mendapatkan tegangan VDRAM 1,8 V dari APE Regulator N4201.

Jadi sebelum melakukan penjumperan sembarangan sesuai tricks jumper yg banyak beredar, laukan pengukuran tegangan terlebih dahulu sbb:

1. Pasang PCB Ponsel N70 ke Power Supply dgn teg. 3,6 s/d 4,1 V
2. Tekan Power On/Off agar Bagian Regulator mengeluarkan tegangan kerja.
3. Ukur VCoreA di C4200 sebesar 1,4 Volt, jika tdk keluar lakukan Jumper VCoreA
4. Ukur VDRAM di C4206 sebesar 1,8 Volt, jika tdk keluar lakukan Jumper VDRAM
5. Jika tegangan VCoreA dan VDRAM diukur keluar normal semua, solusi Jumper tdk akan berguna, karena yg rusak adalah IC OMAP ataupun NAND Flash itu sendiri.

Dan pada attachment adalah Gambar Jumper VDRAM yg lengkap, disertai skematik dan keterangannya.

Cara Kerja BB5

1.Level Shifter
IC ini berfungsi untuk mangatur jalannya data dari kamera depan ke CPU. Bila rusak, akan mengakibatkan terganggunya fungsi kamera depan sehingga tidak bisa diaktifkan.

2.64 Mbit NOR Flash
Adalah subuah IC Flash dengan kapasitas 64 Mbit. IC Flash menyimpan program-program yang harus dijalankan oleh CPU. Kerusakan IC Flash ada dua, kerusakan hardware, dan software. Kerusakan hardware adalah kerusakan pada IC itu sendiri, kerusakan software terjadi bila isi program terhapus atau berubah secara tidak sengaja. Kedua kerusakan ini menghasilkan tidak normalnya handphone, seperti hanphone mati total, hang, LCD blank, tidak ada signal, handphone terkunci, dan masih banyak lagi.
Cara perbaikannya, bila terjadi kerusakan software adalah dengan melakukan proses flashing.

3.IC TK65600B
IC ini adalah IC untuk menaikkan level tegangan DC. Bila IC ini rusak, bisa menyebabkan lampu pada layar maupun keypad handphone tidak menyala.

4.RAP 3G
Singkatan dari Radio Aplication Processor. Merupakan satu dari dua CPU yang ada di handphone BB5. Fungsi dari CPU ini tentu mengendalikan kinerja dari si hanphone, tetapi salah satu fungsi utamanya adalah mengontrol, mengolah data bagian radio dari hanphone. Bila CPU ini rusak, atau bagian dari CPU ini rusak, handphone bisa mati total, tidak ada signal, dan lain lain.

5.OMAP
Singkatan dari Open Multimedia Application Platform. Adalah CPU kedua dari sebuah handphone generasi BB5. OMAP ini juga sering disebut APE( Aplication Phone Engine). Fungsi CPU ini berbeda dengan RAP 3G. CPU ini lebih menitik beratkan pada kerja aplikasi yang ada pada handphone seperti kamera, bluetooth, LCD, Keypad, MMC, dan lain-lain. Jadi bila CPU ini bermasalah, atau bagian dari CPU ini rusak, akan menyebabkan mati total, keypad tidak bisa ditekan, Bluetooth error, MMC problem, kamera tidak berfungsi, LCD blank, dan lain

6.64 Mbit SDRAM
RAM singkatan dari Random Access Memory, adalah memory kerja CPU yang bersifat sementara dan tidak bisa menyimpan data secara permanent, bila tegangan kerja RAM hilang, bersamaan dengan itu data yang ada di RAM pun turut hilang. Bila RAM ini rusak, umumnya handphone mati total, tidak bisa diprogram ulang.

7.RETU
IC ini adalah salah satu dari dua IC power yang ada di handphone jenis BB5. Kerusakan pada IC ini bisa menyebabkan handphone mati total, tidak bisa mendapat jaringan, No network, tidak bisa membaca kartu, tidak bisa membaca MMC, gangguan pada audio, dan lain lain.

8.Combo Memory
Memory jenis ini merupakan gabungan dari Flash 256 Mbit dengan 256 Mbit RAM. Memory ini memiliki kapasitas yang cukup besar. Isi dari memory ini adalah menyimpan data data berupa program untuk menjalankan CPU OMAP. Tidak normalnya isi program pada combo memory ini akan menyebabkan banyak jenis kerusakan. Salah satu yang sering terjadi adalah LCD blank.

9.Osilator kristal 32 Khz
Komponen ini adalah sebuah osilator jenis kristal yang berfungsi menghasilkan satu gelombang dengan frekuensi 32768 Hz. Bila komponen ini bermasalah bisa mengakibatkan tidak normalnya handphone, seperti handphone tidak bisa menyala, masalah pada jam hanphone, dan lain lain

10.Anti statis
Anti statis yang fungsinya untuk melindungi IC dari listrik statis kali ini dipakai untuk melindungi CPU dari listrik statis yang mungkin masuk melalui konektor keypad. Jadi bila IC ini rusak bisa menyebabkan tidak berfungsinya keypad, atau sering disebut juga dengan istilah “keypad hank”

11.Rangkaian LM 2708
Rangkain IC ini membentuk suatu rangkaian SMPS(Switch Mode Power Supply). Atau rangkaian power supply dengan sistim switching. Rangkaian ini menghasilkan satu tegangan sebesar 1,4 Volt yang disebut dengan Vcore A. Tegangan ini adalah tegangan kerja untuk CPU OMAP. Jadi bila ada masalah pada rangkaian ini, OMAP tidak bekerja normal, handphnone akan mati total.

12.Konektor antenna WCDMA
Handphone BB5 seperti handphone N70 memiliki dua sistem, GSM dan WCDMA. Konektor antenna WCDMA ini bila kotor atau bad connect akan menyebabkan terjadi gangguan signal pada jaringan WCDMA.

13.Antena switch WCDMA
Fungsi dari komponen ini adalah memisahkan antara signal RX (Receiver) dan signal TX(transmitter). Bila rusak akan mengganggu sistem radio pada sistem WCDMA.


14.Regulator kamera
Regulator ini fungsinya memberikan tegangan yang stabil untuk kamera depan. Gangguan pada rangkaian IC ini dan rangkaiannya akan menyebabkan tidak berfungsinya kamera depan pada handphone N70 ini.

15.Rangkaian PA dan pengontrolnya
Rangkaian ini berfungsi untuk memperkuat signal pemancar band WCDMA. IC PA sering juga disebut penguat akhir. Bila komponen ini rusak, maka handphone akan sulit dipakai untuk menelepon. Atau bisa juga menyebabkan handpone tidak ada indicator signal sama sekali.

16.DC/DC converter untuk lampu flash
Rangkaian ini dipakai untuk menyalakan lampu flash ketika sedang memotret gambar. Cara kerjanya adalah menaikkan level tegangan DC menjadi level tegangan yang lebih tinggi. Bila rangkaian ini bermasalah, akan mengganggu fungsi lampu flash.

17.HINKU
IC ini boleh juga disebut dengan RX Processor. Fungsinya untuk mengolah signal RX baik GSM maupun WCDMA. Bila IC ini rusak atau tidak normal kerjanya akan mengakibatkan handphnoe tidak ada signal, signal penerima lemah, dan sebagainya.

18.Filter RX
Filter ini fungsinya sebagai penyaring. Jika terjdi masalah pada komponen ini, signal penerima akan terganggu. Karena ini adalah filter WCDMA, maka akan terjadi gangguan pada band WCDMA, bila filter ini bermasalah.

19.VINKU
Adalah IC yang berfungsi untuk mengolah signal TX. IC ini bisa mengolah signal TX baik GSM maupun WCDMA. Kalau IC ini bermasalah akan menyebabkan masalah pada pemancar. Gejala yang muncul adalah handphone sulit untuk telepon, juga sulit untuk menerima telepon, bisa juga tidak ada signal sama sekali.
